All is well! Thanks for reply. I had NOT installed the plugin prior to posting my concern/question. Backed up the site newly transferred to new host/server and installed your plugin. FIXED! No more 404 issues with that page. Will post a thumbs-up review.

and click on “GetreCAPTCHA upper right corner”

follow prompts, enter your website address(es)–you will need to sign in via your Google account–and the keys will be provided

I then went to WP dashboard for each site and replaced previous keys via Formidable plugin settings

Never mind. Found site keys, now updated. All fixed.
