disabling the plugin. as it is not working for me

I did not get the query properly. There is an option in the plugin settings based on the title is hyperlinked or not.

How you are transferring the files ? through Filezilla ? It seems the file is corrupted

Please make sure you download the latest version of the plugin from the wordpress repository.

Also please try to activate the plugin from the wordpress admin area.

Plugins->Add new (top left button) -> Search for plugin (CSV to responsive tables ) ->click install now -> activate
