I am also trying to delete “recent works” in the Enigma Theme. However, I need more detailed information than given above.
1. I have activated the Child Theme plugin but don’t understand exactly how to copy and paste front page file to it. (I can go to Editor and copy it… When I open Child Theme it seems to want me to combine pages from two different themes.) Can you please provide more details?
2. Can you tell me exactly which text to delete that will remove the “Recent Works” section?
Also, in the Customize section, there is a check box to Enable Portfolio on Home page. I have unchecked it and it is still displaying?? This seems to be the most simple solution– if I can get it to work.
