What is the exact text of the message that you are seeing about the stats? I don’t quite understand so a bit more information will be helpful.
Have you attempted to deactivate and delete the plugin? If not, please deactivate, delete, and re-install the Jetpack plugin. Then, try reconnecting it to your WordPress.com account to see if that helps any.

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.
If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.I double checked our debugging tool again just to make sure there weren’t any Jetpack connection errors. There aren’t. Do you have other plugins enabled on the site? What happens if you turn those off, leaving only Jetpack installed?
Okay. Do you get any other errors from the health check or just the Jetpack one?

The Jetpack connection on https://deneme.vegvorous.com looks great, there aren’t any errors. Please try to disconnect and reconnect the Jetpack plugin once to see if that changes anything.
If that doesn’t make a difference please take a screen shot of what you’re seeing and add it here with a third party link from a program like https://snipboard.io/

Ack, I’m sorry. I see that you already tried that. Does using a different browser make any difference?
