We have now selected price from high to low sorting order that works but we would rather have our own sorting order selected in the category and if that is not possible use alphabetic sorting.

Hi again. Sorry for not being more accurate on what I mean that the sorting of products doesn’t work. So this is what is not working:
1. We have sorted our products in each category in an order we would like to see them presented on the front end while viewing the products in one category. We have used the “sorting” function in the Category and moved each product in the order we would like to view them on the front end.
2. We have tried different sorting order settings in Admin and in the available selections in Divi for such display module but none seems to work so it displays that specific order of the products in a category.
3. We would also like to have a choice for alphabetic order and as mentioned we have tried both PHP snippets and plugins without success. So if you have any solution for that it would be great.

Hi. Strange … I have tried a lot of different ideas but none seems to work … So even a plug in and some php code for alphabetic sorting didn’t work for me.

Can you provide me with a solution for alphabetic sorting that works?

I am on my way to test AO and I am running VC included in my Bridge theme and I would like to minimize the VC CSS and Java scripts. So if you recommend to exclude VC as in this thread what’s the purpose using AO then if it can’t be used for VC?

If I try enabling any optimization in AO and it doesn’t work is it as easy as just disable it and it will be as before?

Hi. So strange this shit … further testing and it’s seems not to be possibe to get a username upon purchasing a subscription as full email address needed to get the “WooCommerce_my_account” page to work properly … Then the lost_password doesn’t work … ii maybe related to the username and since that is not a full email address it doesn’t work??? Stil the users ful email is stored … this drives me crazy …!? I must have done something real stupid since it can’t be this complicated and it has been working before …. Something must gone totally crazy after latest upgrades … ??? Then the logistics of email going out seems to be also strange … 1. One that is a thank for purchasing that is good 2. The next wich confirms the username (only the first name of the email address) with auto generated passwd (as defined). But this is not good … First of all it’s wrong in the orderflow due to that the users group assignments are not ready so if the user loggs in (by the way the link has a “.” so it’s not treated as a link in the email readers) it’s bad since the user casn’t go to the expected pages … 3. Next the third email when the order is completed … AT THIS POINT IN TIME THE EMAIL SHOUD HAVE THE CUSTOMERS CREDENTIALS instead of in the previous one! So can someone please clarify how one can get a good logistcs workflow in place and also how this stupid “WooCommerce_my_account” page can be sorted? Thanks Anders

Hi again. After some further testing I recon that when the user name is a full email adress the “WooCommerce_my_account” page seems to work fine … So the issue is now then that the users who is puchasing memberships seems to be abe to register a username that is whatever text string … and that creates a MAJOR problem while loging in and not beeing abe to continue from the “WooCommerce_my_account” page … Any suggestions?
