In reply to: Random question marks in postWell you were right catacaustic – it wasn’t plugins etc – thank goodness. It was the formatting. I did as you said and it seems ok now – thank you.
As a matter of interest – I have notepad on my PC and just tried to find it to download to my new laptop but could only find notepad++ which I don’t particularly like. Is the old version no longer available do you know??
Many thanks
Janet

In reply to: Problems in editing modeYes that works – so maybe I need to go into the original editor each time I add an image

In reply to: Problems in editing modeOk I have now identified the culprit is was SEO Clickbump.
The only thing I now seem unable to do is to insert an image into my text. When I click on the icon in CKeditor it only gives me the option to add the url of an image and not any of the images I have uploaded to my blog

In reply to: How to manage pagesAs I just said I have now found out how to create a parent page and as it is working fine I don’t need to create a custom menu
Thanks for your help
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: How to manage pagesThat doesn’t work as then each one is a page in its own right – I have created a parent page then put the relevant pages under that parent page and it works fine.
I am now working out how to order the pages that display at the top of my blog – They are currently showing in the order they were created – so need to work out how to change that order to make more sense. eg I want Welcome to be first not somewhere in the middle.

Organizing Your PagesForum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: How to manage pagesAccording to one of the pages on this site – on how to add pages it says you can manage your pages under the parent page, but doesn’t explain how to set up a parent page so that other pages can go under it.

In reply to: How to manage pagesHi – I have already done that and have put the relevant pages under the custom menu – but they don’t show on the site – they still show as the original pages.

In reply to: [Plugin: AdSense Now!] Adsense Now Pluginhttps://www.artoflivingresources.com/blog
I have 3 posts at the moment on that page – the top and bottom one are displaying as I described – but the middle one seems to be ok – very strange!!!!

In reply to: [Plugin: AdSense Now!] Adsense Now PluginSorry – checked the information had saved ok but I forgot to check what it looked like on my blog. The bottom half of the ad isn’t displaying properly. The url is clear then the words underneath are chopped in half – just the top half of the words are showing

In reply to: [Plugin: AdSense Now!] Adsense Now PluginJust tested it and that seems fine – Just wondered if it was possible for the ad to show without the outlined box??
