I started with your suggestion on the plugins and all seemed fine.

For some reason I decided to try again but not break the update into steps. Usually I would add the post, then Update and view it on the website. Go back and make adjustments, Update again. Then I would drag it to the top and Update.

I did it all in one fell swoop and it worked. Not sure if that’s the actual solution or if I just waited out some sort of hiccup in the system but it seems to be resolved for now.

I made a change to one of the headlines and Updated and it lost the change.

Are there any known issues with saving changes?

For plugins I have Adminimize and Magic Fields.

The platform was built by the firm that did our web design, so I’m terrible at troubleshooting it.

I assume so. It looks much more complex than what I’m seeing in the tutorials I’ve watched.
