Sounds like the OP broke some other rule…sending spam, too much mail, etc. It is not a violation of the TOS to use GMails SMTP server for outgoing mail, in fact, it’s encouraged.

I’m still using this plugin on multiple sites with no issues at all.

I know what he’s talking about and it just happened to me, HUGE problem. He used WP Media Cleaner as I did to try and remove all but the original images. That plugin uses the database to find unused images. EWWW has created entries that refer to these images, so now they appear to be used and none of the normal processes to detect unused images will work. I wish I had never run EWWW or that I could somehow remove all the data that it wrote to my WP tables. What a mess this has made.

He is correct. I gave up on this plugin because it sees every single image as being used, including every size of thumbnail. Emphatically, they are NOT used. I also use the EWWW Optimizer so I have to assume he is correct also that because it puts them in the database, it causes this plugin to think the images are used. Absolutely useless as is.

FYI, I don’t have a table called wp_meta.

Same problem here too…the first 250 files have been physically resized correctly, but it just wants to keep doing them over and over.

Wheatdog, that isn’t even remotely the same issue. The symptoms are completely different.

I’ve been through that procedure as well. It simply doesn’t work.

The same thing is happening to me. I installed this plugin months ago and it has never worked. “Add account” does nothing.

Then you probably have a corrupted copy of the plugin or another file in WordPress has been altered.

Except it can’t be if no one else is having the issue. Specifically, have you disabled ALL plugins AT THE SAME TIME, other than FeedWordPress?
