Everything seems to be in order with the permissions, according to the User Role Editor plugin.
The only thing I’m seeing in the debug log is:
PHP Notice: Undefined index: hook_suffix in /gothiclarp.com/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-screen.php on line 217
But I don’t know if it’s related.
