The new code you suggested reduced the space only by a tiny amount.

The section id change custom_html-7{grid-auto-rows: auto;} didn’t do anything at all.

I’m not great with css, but this is what I found: in custom css, I have

h1, h2, h3, h4, h5 {

}

And in style.css, I have

Although tbh, what I’m most interested in is actual pages/posts, not how many total visitors, so ideally I’d be able to have that table at the top.

And just now, I was in Overview and changed Dimension to “permalink equals” with the third box blank, got critical error.

Stats are even more out of whack today: twice as many views as same day last week with 1K fewer visitors. While I’d love to average 9 views per visitor, it’s impossible.

I ran the debug and it says everything is ok, but clearly it’s not.

I just installed Slimstat today and have the same problem.
