See image above on how I have email notifications set up right now. Not one notification has came through all week, after I tested it multiple times, and you did so this evening.
I have checked the spam folder, all mail, etc., in case it was incorrectly being filtered, and nothing has arrived from any of my tests, or the one you did earlier.
It is very important that if the full contents of the message cannot be sent by email, at the very least a notification is sent so that someone knows an application is waiting, and we can time track how long it takes from point of submission to response to call back, etc.
The email notification piece of this plugin is very important for the workflow of my website, and that part of your plugin on my website is not working. That is why I wrote this ticket.
How do I make the email notification part of your plugin work correctly? Right now it is not sending any type of notification to the email filled into this field of its settings.
Your plugin has an area in the settings that asks to fill inwhere the submissions are to be emailed, with a secondary field to include the HR manager. The forms are not arriving at the emailthat has been filled in.
You do not have access to that email inbox, so to suggest you are able to troubleshoot this error is incorrect.
Even though the form tells you, the visitor, the form has successfully submitted, it does not ever arrive at the inbox.
Why are you unable to understand this?
You are not understanding this error. Please assist me further, as this has not been resolved.
You were given an alert that your submission had been sent, however nothing arrived at the inbox it points to.
Do you understand now? The functionality is not working correctly as nothing you submitted came through to my inbox. It is not arriving.
