In reply to: [Download Monitor] Download Count won’t disableWait, I just found this answer and it worked!
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/php-notice-screen_icon-is-deprecated-since-3-8-0-with-no-alternative-available-2/In case the link doesn’t work, these are the instructions.
To remove the counter, you can go to the “Download > Settings” menu in your WordPress admin and from the “Default Template” option, select “Title – Show download title only” and save.

In reply to: [Download Monitor] Download Count won’t disableWhen inputing a link to a specific file, I got it to stop by using the “Title” option like this
[download_data id=”1″ data=”title”]Now if I could just figure out how to do it when listing all of the files on one page. I tried using the “offset” modifier assuming this would make the download count stop showing until it reached 1000, but it didn’t work.
[downloads offset=1000]I found an answer on the forums on the author’s website that if you go to Settings and Permalinks and make a change to the settings, save then change it right back to your preferred settings that it cleared this problem up.
I just realized that if I fiddle with the length of the name and designation so that everyone has a similar number of lines (for example everyone has the name on one line only and the designation on 2 lines) that the wonky-ness goes away. The problem was when one person had 3 lines and everyone around them had 2 then it couldn’t wrap around it and it would do some sort of “hard return” right there even if there were only 2 pictures on that row.
If there was a away to fiddle with the spacing between rows it might’ve solved the problem, but for now I found a work around.
