But I don’t get to the next image, as below shows (and i’ve done it correctly a few times before).

i tried to reset the password via database, but the issue is that i’m not resetting it, rather, i’m not getting one established. When I create from scratch via msql database, it does not work.

Any more ideas? I think my hosting company hates me now or something because they won’t fix the problem. Not sure what can be done without their help to get a login established.

Any suggestions?????
