As I still cannot submit a ticket via your premium support ticket submission form, I was hoping you could give is assistance on here? If not, can you provide an email in which I can email in with my license key and above issue?

Any progress on this? I’m thinking I should revert back to an older version of the plugin until the error is resolved?

An odd thing happened while I was troubleshooting this problem. Somebody posted on another thread that the problem was only within the Chrome Browser.

Sure enough, I opened my site in Internet Explorer, and Firefox and had no problems what so ever. It seems this issue is Chrome related?

I am also having this issue. I don’t know if it’s 3.5 that’s the problem. I have updated WordPress to 3.5 on two separate servers. On one server, I have no troubles at all, and it works perfectly. On the other server I have the exact same problem Martijn is having. Any hints on this problems yet?

Update: Things are fixed. Apparently I just needed to delete the plugin and delete all pages created by the plugin, and done!

Anyone? Mr. Miyoshi?

I should add that when I submit either form, I do not get an error message. Both say “successfully sent”

@jan – What sort of settings are you looking to change? If you give me more detail, I can try to help.

I’ve taken screenshots of the current problem to showcase:
It actually doesn’t seem to be my website’s colour problems. Rather the plugin’s colours seem to be the issue.

Here is the CSS that I’ve found that (I think) relates to the pop-up:

It should be noted that the area where it says “Directions: To Here | From Here| Street View” white out completely when moused over.

I really do LOVE this plugin, it’s just a shame that the colour is making it unusable.

Even if someone could point me to the right line of CSS code, I can edit from there.

Adam> I don’t see the plugin for Contact Form 7. I would uninstall your current contact plugin and install Contact Form 7. If you still are having trouble, let us know.
