  • @brianpoe27 Can you share what plugin you switched to? I’m tired of fighting to get this one working again… and I need a dependable, functioning form now… Thanks!

We just began experiencing the same problem yesterday. We have several forms on our site. The newest form was added a few days ago. I tested the form, on the evening of July 11th and it came to the Webmaster and the CC’d email addresses. The next day, I made some text changes to the form, did a test and never received the data. I tested one of our other forms using an off-domain email address in the form and received the confirmation email, but the form data never came to the Webmaster, nor the CC email addresses.

I did several more tests to the Webmaster email address and they didn’t show up in our box until 14-15 hours later. I contacted Blue Host today, our hosting provider about the issue. After the tech investigated the situation, he confirmed that their shared mail proxy servers had been experiencing slowness with sending emails, they were working on it, and it would be rectified within 24 hours.

Less than an hour ago, I tested the new form again and then sent a Test message, using the FS Contact Tools, to the Webmaster address and to an off-domain email address, both of which were received almost immediately, but we still have not received the form data from my test form submission.

While it has not yet been 24 hours, it seems quite odd that the Test using the form Tools are coming through, but the form data is not…

Please advise (I’ve triple checked all of the settings, which have been consistent across all of our forms for quite some time)

    Many thanks!

    Hello David,

Over the past week, I’ve been posting on WPMU regarding this very issue — and have spent considerable time, re-installing things, re-configuring, searching the WPMU forum, searching code, changing themes, etc. trying to figure out what is wrong.

The point is, manually doing this would take continual site monitoring for new user registrations! I can’t be on the site 24/7.

I thought the process was supposed to be automatic. How does delayed manual additions of Subscription level/Access level affect the protection ability of the plugin for the site and the communications?
