Hi,
I don’t use any SMTP plugin. I don’t really know if it happens in other case, I don’t receive or send many e-mail with other plugins.
I think it is a problem with the firewall of some specific domain recipients, they are big enterprises and probably have changed their firewall rules in the past few weeks.
So I was looking for a way to change wordpress or plugin SMTP without using a plugin.
I found a way, but in the meantime I was looking forward to apply, the problem seems to have solved itself, because the now receive Ultimate member e-mails without problems or delays.
So it is confirmed that the problem was not wordpress or Ultimate member.

It didn’t solve the problem, unfortunatelly.
I created a new site ex novo, with two pages just to test and there is no problem in it.
So I think there is something in the first site that make a conflicts.
I will try in the afternoon (Rome time) to investigate and then I’ll let you know.
I can’t give you the url because it is a test site password protected. If you need, I can give you the url privately, not in the forum.

Same problem. I updated from 3.9.6 to 3.9.7. No problem with backend but I’ve got internal error 500 or no error at all and a blank page (depending on browser).
Fortunatelly I had a backup of the previous version and going back worked.
Surely, I’ll check the forum before updating again… but I want to thank the author because he’s very fast in answering and checking/solving the problem.
