Hi guys this has now been resolved!

In Norway we mark decimal points with a , instead of a . So our shipping rate was written as 62,3. This hasn’t been a problem up until now, but a couple of days ago there was a WordPress update that we think caused the comma to be ignored, which made the flat rate to go up to 623kr (727kr with VAT).

We don’t use any shipping plugins, it’s all done through WooCommerce. We have some custom CSS, but there haven’t been any changes to this since March.

Hi,

According to the list of features on the premium plugin page it says that ‘Change order currency’ should be available in the free version as well as the premium version. Could you please confirm this?

Thanks for your message. I’m pretty sure the products aren’t getting picked up in the feed, rather than it being a communication issue between the feed and Facebook.

Looking at the product list all of the products say ‘sync and show’ in the Facebook column so I’m not sure what’s going on there.
