I’ve noticed this behavior for the non admin users like Shop Manager. WooCommerce related actions performed by admin users are recorded in Stream.

Can you tell me where is it hidden? I didn’t find the export option anywhere.

@affmngr I don’t use SiteOrigin, but using Elementor and yes, Yoast SEO is active.

Yes, I’ve tested it personally by filling the form and checking the Terms and conditions box.

Some of my other plugins were not working. Then I checked the browser console and found the above error. Deactivating this plugin resolved the issue.

I’ve added this code, but it didn’t fix the issue. I’ve also contacted the support on your website and they were able to fix the issue. I am reproducing the instructions here so if someone need it in the future.

As I have imported this email template that is using the Light style for the table:
https://ps.w.org/kadence-woocommerce-email-designer/assets/screenshot-1.jpg?rev=1883649. It added extra padding in the table header, body and footer areas.

Solution

• Email Settings > Content > Order Items
• Change the ORDER TABLE STYLE to Normal from Light

It fixed the issue though I have to added extra CSS to remove the borders.

Any update on this? It is marked as resolved, but there is no response here. I also checked the changelog, but ver 1.2 was released a month ago that didn’t contain any information about this issue.

@westerndeal I can’t do that as my site crashed as soon as I updated the plugin. I am unable to access the backend if new version plugin is active. I have to downgrade to the previous version to access the backend.

The above error is not from the plugin log file. It is logged in the error_log file.

So what is the option for attaching the orders to the user accounts?
