when you say my child-theme package; how do I get that to you; zip the child-theme dir… or?

well,

I know it is something in my child-theme that I have changed; because upon doing my own troubleshooting I found that using the parent theme, the mobile menu exists.

You will probably want to look into S2Member –> Here although you might need the Pro version they offer, the S2Member plugin, with a little research and time invested should work for you. (the pro version has the payment processor functionality included among other things… you can see the comparison between what is included in the basic and what is included in the pro version HERE.

I am in no way affiliated with S2Member or it’s makers, but I was helping someone that was looking at doing the same basic concept as you.
