Hi @sourabhgodha,
Thanks for the information provided.
I have been able to reproduce the issue with the v2.1.9. However, I haven’t been able to reproduce it with the v2.2.0.
May I ask you to update to the last version of our plugin and let me know if it works for you?
Looking forward to your update.
Best,
LoicThanks for reaching out.
May I ask you to share the information you have on the Sync Media tab of the Cloudinary plugin, especially:
- If Auto-Sync is ON
- If you set a Cloudinary Storage Path and if yes, did you recently change this setting.
Looking forward to your update.
Best regards,
LoicNB: We recently released the v2.2.0 of the plugin, I would recommend to upgrade to this version.

In reply to: [Cloudinary - Deliver Images and Videos at Scale] Broken ImagesHi @sourabhgodha,
Thanks for the information provided.
I had a look at your dev environment and your production website and I can see that you are not pointing to the same cloud. For example, if you go to this page https://cloudinary-pcf2.pantheonsite.io/bio/?resercher_name=B from your dev environment and this page https://www.pcf.org/bio/?resercher_name=B from your production environment and inspect the image linked to W. Nathaniel Brennen, the dev environment is using the cloud decklvmts whereas the production one is using pcf. It seems that the cloud decklvmts is missing some images that you have on the pcf one.
Could you please go to the Cloudinary plugin then click on connect and make sure you have the right environment variable?
Looking forward to your response.

In reply to: [Cloudinary - Deliver Images and Videos at Scale] SVG Upload errorHi @renekoflertowa,
Thanks for sharing those details, I can confirm I have reproduced the issue.
It is a known issue when trying to sync an SVG image to Cloudinary via the WordPress plugin. If you hover the Cloudinary sync icon, you will have either:
- InvalidTransformation: Invalid width in transformation: 0 if your SVG doesn’t contain any width.
- InvalidTransformation: Not encoding raster image to SVG, use e_vectorize as the last component in transformation if your SVG contain a width.
In both cases, this is due to the fact that we are not supporting SVG yet.

In reply to: [Cloudinary - Deliver Images and Videos at Scale] SVG Upload errorHi @renekoflertowa,
Cloudinary doesn’t support yet the SVG format, however, I am trying to reproduce your issue. I have only been able to upload an SVG image to WordPress using the SVG support plugin, hence to go further, could you share the following information:
- Your WP version
- Your Cloudinary Plugin version
- The SVG file you are using
- A screenshot of your WP Media Library (Here is mine: https://res.cloudinary.com/vdeub/image/upload/v1597232130/Screenshot_2020-08-12_at_11.59.52.png)
Looking forward to your response.
