When I added the widget from the SiteOrigin Page Builder the options weren’t clickable, so I couldn’t set the options to what I wanted to show and it had a message to buy the premium plugin. I assumed these options would only work if I bought the plugin. I already deleted this plugin and using another one. Thanks!

Ok, I sorted out. Not sure what happened but the issue was with the post loop widget from the Page Builder. Once I changed themes and put back to my theme it started working again. I guess my theme as acting out with the post loop. Thanks for your reply.

Ok, I deleted the Page Builder by SiteOrigin plugin and re-installed and the site is still timing out once the plugin is activated. The other plugin SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle has no issues. What should I do?

HI, thanks for your reply. I actually added a category loop from the plugin interface and it caused the website to time out. I will delete the plugin and install again and see what happens.

Hey, you’re so right. I was adding the users to the main site and therefore they were able to see other sites in the network as well. Once I added them to the one website only the other sites desperate form the menu.

We have Godaddy and apparently, it doesn’t accept .docx files. When I removed it from the list the form worked. Hopefully, this thread can help other people with the same issue. Thanks for your reply!

Hi thanks for your reply. The problem seems to have fixed itself and I now see the entire page. I think it must have been poor wifi connection as I had problems with other things as well. However, when I go into the add new announcement the Custom Excerpt area is the only part missing. I checked the javascript console and everything seems to be working fine. Where did the Custom Excerpt go?

Hi, I checked the javascript console and I got an error message: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error). What does it mean? Could it be bad wifi connection? I’m running it on the local server.

Hi, thanks for your response. I use the free version on another website also and I have a lot more options to enter. For this new installation, when I open a new announcement, it only shows one option. @kjodle thanks much for your response. Yep, you’re absolutely right. The wifi here is crappy. I used my iPhone hotspot and the theme activated in 3 seconds and plugins got installed.
