It is the review content in the image slider modal when you click on the images at the top of the reviews section.

If you want to remove the duplicated review content, please turn off the option Lazy Load Reviews on the plugin settings page Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder tab.

The user label is the standard feature of WooCommerce, if you want to turn it off, please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products tab > Disable option ‘Show “verified owner” label on customer reviews’.

The grid shortcode does not support a parameter to display replies to reviews. It is available in the all reviews shortcode.

You can go to Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder tab > Verified Reviews: No verification, to send the review reminder emails from your email service on your hosting.

I’ve searched on the site cusrev.com and found a store page linked to your site but with a different name “toptankaktus”. Please go to Reviews > Settings > Trust Badges tab > Re-save the Trust Badges option or change the Verified Page Name to “toptankaktus”.
