If you are using a cache plugin also please make sure it is set to less than 24 hours, so Amazon prices can be refreshed at least once a day.

Unfortunately i couldn’t do your request at this time, but i am working on it. You can now set the Amazon country, description and column number using the shortcode. And also add specific products by Asin.

Tuesday i will try to make an update for the plugin.

You mean, having a drop-down menu with country options (UK products, Fr products etc,) that visitors can choose from?

It is not possible to achieve this right now.
But as soon as i can (maybe next week) i will try to make an update, where this feature will be available.

As far as i know there is no such a list for keywords…just use the words that are in the product title.

For the Browse Nodes (snode) go to https://www.findbrowsenodes.com .
For the Search Index (sindex) go to https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSECommerceService/2011-08-01/DG/APPNDX_SearchIndexParamForItemsearch.html and choose your Amazon country.
