yes Tyler, I think it was okay when I had the first version. Should I go back to the previous install? If so, I’m not exactly sure how to do that. I have backups from last week, but new content and students have enrolled since, so I couldn’t just restore a backup.
It’s also adding a new error message to the top of the page when I click through on any of these links

In reply to: [CoursePress Learning Management System] registration issuesI’d like to vote this one up too. I will have one course completely free & at least one that people can get a coupon for that will reduce the cost to zero. Would be great to not have to manually approve them.
Thanks

In reply to: [CoursePress Learning Management System] Duplicate course contentThanks!
I thought I’d give it a try myself based on this post (I use it on another site to create a “duplicate post” or “duplicate page” option), but I’m not sure what term is used to identify it. Do you think this might be a potential workaround? And if so, what is the post type name?
This is something I would very much like to see, as well. I’ve recently switched to another membership plugin because of their reporting features, but honestly miss a lot of the s2member features. If I could easily access the reports I need, I’d come back in a heartbeat.
Thanks Jess,
I wonder if it would help others to have the link to the above help file, on this page, where I downloaded the plugin?https://github.com/strangerstudios/pmpro-import-users-from-csv

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Alert Customer They Have Purchased an Item Previously?would the solution in this thread work for you? I’m looking for the same thing, and hoping it will do the trick.
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/check-if-a-customer-has-bought-a-product
I’ve since found the problem and thought I would update here in case someone else has the same challenge. Including a second problem that cropped up while I tried to fix this first one.
Problem:
1. No customer account set up
The woocommerce product needs to have the “virtual” and “digital” checkboxes selected so that the purchase is marked complete. When the purchase is marked as complete, the customer is brought through the entire cycle, and gains access to member only content.[tip] add some kind of button or image during woocommerce product set up (in the Advanced > Purchase Note) to help buyers quickly get to their members only content. Initially it looks just like any other purchase in woocommerce, so adding buyer directions is really helpful.
2. My-Account Page went into a redirect loop
This happened after I added the [pmpro_account] to the My-Account page in woocommerce. When I removed the shortcode the redirect stops.Hopefully this helps someone else.

It does say that shortcodes work in posts/pages and widget areas. Do you think that’s a mistype? Or maybe just related to my theme?
I’ll dig into the php but because this is a super short turn around project I’d like to avoid it if at all possible.
Thanks for your quick reply earlier.

In reply to: [Namaste! LMS] Assignments and Course Lessons not displaying once publishedthanks Kskerp! Awesome time. I think I’ll be okay with the [namaste-course-lessons] which shows all of the lessons in order, for the time being. Any chance you using the homework/assignment portion & have a workaround too?

In reply to: [Namaste! LMS] Assignments and Course Lessons not displaying once publishedthanks so much Prasunsen. I really appreciate your help.
And, I’ll set aside the idea of assignments for a bit & put them right into the body of the lessons. I’m off to check out the new 1.1.9. Thanks!

In reply to: [Namaste! LMS] Assignments and Course Lessons not displaying once publishedI must have unclicked the assignment on that lesson. Sorry about that.
I’ll add it again. When I view the lesson, it displays but there’s no hyperlink. Can you let me know if you see the same?Is there anything I could add inside the lessons themselves (short of what I’m currently doing – pasting the code from all lessons at the bottom) that would allow them to move on to the next lesson easily? I hoped that’s what [namaste-course-lessons] would do (hence all the questions). It’s just that I will be uploading several a month for the next little while and going back to edit hyperlinks leaves me open to making stupid mistakes.
p.s. Thanks so much for replying so quickly. I really appreciate it.

In reply to: [Namaste! LMS] Shortcode for lesson navigationAn example is here, but it’s inside a member site so many be hard to access. I’ve made this specific page open to all views for the time being, just in case

In reply to: [Namaste! LMS] Shortcode for lesson navigationI can get the lessons to show display on the course page, but on each individual lesson the short code seems to do nothing – even when I try using the variations for lesson status. It just renders
LESSON STATUS in text, but no variables. So strange, and I’m not sure what to look for.Forum: Plugins
