Your email cannot directly affect other emails, but if your email contains malicious files then your recipients opened that file(might be a trojan or any malware) so they might be affected by it.
As far as I know, malwares that used to send emails usually fail in sending but due to malware’s consistent use of the server computing then your host might be affected.
