You can temporarily white-list your Ip so it won’t be locked out. Or you can update the # of login attempts before lockout.

You can check these sec plugins: ithemes, wordfence, and sucuri. ‘Admin’ username is not secure since its prone to brute force attack so you have to create a username that is unique. Make sure to backup your site before any changes.

Are concerned about the negative backlinks that your site is getting from this domains? I think your questions is more about SEO. Am I right?

For me it’s okay to migrate posts to the new WordPress blog as long as you did not inform Google about it.

Maybe that blog uses a WP slider plugin and uses the short code to display on homepage or blogposts.

Usually disabling the plugin would resolve the issues even if you have no access to the admin page.

caused it.

What you can do is revert back the names of those plugins then on your WordPress dashboard disable the ad rotate plugin.

What you can do is, on your ftp go to “plugins” then locate the folders of each of those plugins. Ones you locate them rename the folder of those TWO plugins temporarily.

Make sure that your site is not relying on those two plugins.

There are 3 things that I can think of why your site is being hacked: your computer has malware and viruses(keyloggers), theme and plugin vulnerabilities(your are using non-reputable or vulnerable ones), maybe you hired a developer before that knows the login credentials of your site or ftp.

Can you edit/remove the above code it will not be helpful, I am thinking that we can see the error if you only give the line 69 maybe there was some wrong syntax. So the codes above can’t help.

What are the latest changes that you did on your site before the error? Did you add/edit a page? Did you install a plugin? Let’s us try to isolate the problem.

Can you access your ftp and access that header.php then give us only the line 69 which gives the error. Don’t change anything yet so that peps here can see understand better about the problem.

Since you got this error try Chrome. Try also another computer from another connection. If these won’t still work. Use another default WP theme.
