Make sure you follow these steps.

1) Scan your computer for malwares – Download Malwarebytes and make sure you have an antivirus installed – Clean all virus and malwares.
2) Change password on your hosting provider or control panel
3) Change password on your WordPress “admin”
4) Install a security plugin on your site such as Wordfence, ithemes security, sucuri
5) Monitor Ips that constantly access your sensitive pages on your site
6) Delete suspicious browser addons
7) Change the password of your email

*Make sure that the password the you create should have alphnumeric character with the combination of All caps, and the length should be 15 characters and more.

Try another browser or use forgot password.

Some WP themes can give you what you need specially adding a widget on the page and post.

What website caching are you using? try deleting the cache from the server’s end.

What kind of caching plugin are you using?

I think you can use WordPress Q&A plugin, and WordPress Jobs Board Plugin.

SMF and WordPress are different platforms and the level of compatibility of those two are too small. You have choose only one. Unless if they have different functions.
