Hello! Thank you for your quick reply. Sorry for not answering sooner.
And thanks for the good news. Just to leave a record, I want to post the workaround I did in case it happens to another user.In the settings, email tab, I edited the content of the change password email sent to users. This is the modification I did:
To change your password, <a href="{{home_url}}/{{ur_login}}?action=rp&key={{key}}&login={{username}}">click this link</a>.
I based the modication on @bncpeter suggestion.
Cheers!
Hello!
It’s working correctly now, the extra field displays in the profile page. We didn’t make any changes, I suspect it was maybe due to caching issues.
Thank you, I’m going to close the issue.Hello!
Sure, but in order to see it you need to be logged in on the website. Is there a non public email where I can send you the information, so you can log in and see it? Or with a screenshot will suffice?UPDATE:
Hello, I got the error on my test site, in the main site I don’t have the problem. Thank you.Forum: Plugins

I have the same problem, version 1.7.6.Hello!
I have exactly the same problem. In my case it happened after I updated from version 2.5.7 to version 2.5.8. It’s strange, because the changelog said that the only change was the readme file.
