Hello, we had gone into there and there was not way to reconnected, it it just kept taking us in circles. My client had uninstalled and reinstalled your plugin and that seemed to have fixed it.

Ok, we used the title field and got it to work.

Guess I’m not really understanding.. if I click on “add field” in this plugin.. does the name of the field have to match up with something already available in Salesforce? I see what the available fields are in the faq, but I tried using “comments” and nothing showed up.

Hello, I disabled all plugins and it is still not working. I also know it is not my custom theme… because no changes have been made to the theme and it was working previously. As I mentioned, it is only happening in Chrome and Safari and i am getting a lot of javascript errors associated with the plugin:

Hi! I did disable my cache plugin and I cleared cache as well. It seems to work in Firefox ok, but in Chrome and Safari it only displays one cateogry and question. We have many others published on here. I disabled a few plugins to see if there was a conflict, but every one of them. I will go through that again.

Update: This seems to be an issue in Chrome and Safari only. The FAQ’s are showing up in Firefox. In Safari and Chrome, it loads in and then disappears, only showing the first category. Any idea what might be causing the issue?

I changed it to the description field and now it is working. Thank you.

It turns out that the correct alt tag was feeding into the thumbnail but not the enlarged image, which is fine.

Actually the site is private at this time, so I directly emailed Envira Support. I’ll mark this as resolved and post the results when I find out. Thanks!

I know this has been resolved, but I just wanted to mention that I also experienced the same issue with these two files and GoDaddy. The files appear to be fine.

Yes to chime in. When using FG Drupal to WP, if Drupal content is set up as custom nodes.. there is a prompt recommending to use your plugin to convert those to custom post types.

@makeonlineshops That’s exactly what I did.. converted blog posts to regular posts. I had concern about the redirects and reached out to FG Drupal support. They are handled inside FG plugin inside the table wp_fg_redirect. They actually also are connected the post ID, so when you change urls inside WP, the redirects automatically update! Which is awesome! I do have to keep FG Drupal activated, but Types doesn’t affect the redirects.

Now that they are regular posts.. I deactivated Types and everything including the redirects are still working fine (NOTE: I did not migrate categories and tags, we are restructuring those.)

I’m going to deactivate the plugin and see if anything gets affected. I already migrated the content from Drupal—that’s why I needed your plugin (via suggestion by FG to Drupal). However, I converted all the custom fields (copy and pasted) into the standard content, excerpt and title fields, and then converted the custom posts into standard blog posts… so I’m guessing I’m all set with Tools plugin, but I’ll mark this as resolved once I know I’m all set. Thanks!
