No, it doesn’t help as my self-hosted site is on www.ads-software.com and doesn’t come up under ‘My Blogs’, but under ‘Linked Blogs’ and there is nothing beside it I can click to make it the Primary site.

This has happened before, whenever I have had to deactivate and reactivate Jetpack (which I did as a plug-in was interfering with my site and I had to work out which one it was). Whenever I reactivate Jetpack, it brings up another site as my primary one and someone from Jetpack has to manually switch it over. It would be nice if I could do it myself as all this to-ing and fro-ing takes time and gets tedious.

Just informed by some subscribers that they got all FOUR of my email notifications yesterday, while others got NONE… Help!

I’ve just published a post which did not send to subscribers. I made it a draft again, then republished, twice, but still no emails sent…

Same issue — email did not send to any subscribers until I saved it as a Draft and re-published. I had the post sitting for two days before I published it. As I said in an earlier comment, the emails only seem to not go when I publish posts I have saved for a day or two before publishing. Posts that I publish more-or-less immediately seem to send to subscribers.

I will email an address to you that did not receive the post (my own).

It is getting a little tedious…

I have noticed something that might be useful, Jeremy: My last post sent emails to subscribers the first time I published it. The only difference between that one and the others, was that I uploaded it on the day I published it. I still revised it many times before publishing, but I uploaded it that day. It seems that anything that I upload and save as a Draft for a day or two before I publish, does not get emailed to subscribers when I publish, but once I save it as a Draft again and republish it gets sent. I’m looking forward to hearing the solution.

By the way, none of my posts are ever sent straight to Twitter. I’m having to do that manually each time. Do you cover that, or do I need to post that problem elsewhere?

Oh, and one more thing: I, too, would like to be able to send an extract only to email subscribers and not the whole post. Just something else to think about…

Jeremy, It did not initially send the emails to subscribers when I published the posts. I had to revert to Draft and Publish again and the second time, they sent. This has happened with the last two posts. Why is this happening?

Also, it is not automatically sending the notification to Twitter.

I have the same problem — subscribers were being emailed of new posts and it was working fine, but latest post not sent. I’m a little frustrated as this is the third time this has happened and I’ve done nothing to change anything in the interim.

I have the same problem. The email subscribers were not notified of my new post when I published it from Draft. However, it did work for the last two posts — subscribers were notified and those posts were also saved as Drafts first. Please help me, too.

Yes, and it’s sent out the email notifications, so it’s definitely the plug-in. However, I’m now not linked to Facebook and I need both Facebook and email subscribers. How do I fix that?

Okay, I’m back here again, because when I posted on the Jetpack forum, ‘Krishna’ said it was a duplicate and closed it (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/jetpack-not-emailing-new-posts-to-subscribers?replies=2).

Really, this isn’t good enough. I’ve been waiting over 24 hours for help and I’m becoming more and more frustrated. The problem is still unsolved.
