There is another issue now. My website is in French and English but I cannot found string translation for my homepage. Polylang is installed on my website.

The sliders is not working even when I add it in the customiser. The other options also on the front page are not working (blog, services, slider etc).

I have uploaded the Child Theme and activated it but I still have the same problem. I went in customiser and when I try to upload a slider it does not appear on my preview. I had same issue when I activated the last version of the parent Enigma theme.
Do you think that there is a missing file somewhere after the malware has been cleared?Forum: Themes and Templates

I don′t have any previous working copy as the hosting company has backup for only the last 7 days.
The only copy I had was a backup of my website on Updraftplus. I did try to restore it but it says failed as it is since 2018.
What else can I do?
Even when I make changes in the customiser nothing happens.
What I saved on my computer are the css codes and the php codes. Those I have added or modified. I can′t remember. Will you need these. I am so desperate as I have taken 2 years to finish my website.
please help.

In reply to: [Enigma] Enigma child theme show critical errorWhen I activate my child theme, it says: critical error on a white page. I have deactivate it and put it on the parent theme which is Enigma. Still not working. All sliders have disappear and nothing is like on the home page of Enigma. I have tried to customize but still not working.
I′ve update the Enigma theme to 7.1.6 and the Enigma child theme version is 1.0.0
My child theme configurator plugin cannot be updated right now as it says it has not been tested yet with my wordpress version.
