It was an AddThis plugin (customised) and showed on all pages, both blog and product pages, it showed as being activated on the plugin page but was not visible on any pages but to be fair that is not my real concern, it was mentioned as further issues since I updated.
What is my main issue is the fat that I cannot upload new images, the images have been taken from my camera card, watermarked and reconfigured small enough for the site, the images show in their folder on my desktop, I can use the same images from the same folder on Facebook for example but as soon as I select the images to upload to my library the image appears as a broken link.
I have not published a blog page or product page with the broken images on, do you need me to do this?

Afternoon (just), I am having the same problem when uploading images but this only just happened in the last week (or sine the latest update to 3.8)
I have not done anything different to before but just got broken links icons, tried a different edit program and even retook the images just in case but I am still having no luck.
I have been doing this for so long I am giving myself a migraine, so as what has been typed before this comment makes no sense to me ( as I dont know code or anything really whizzy and clever behind the scenes) I just have a wee blog and an ecommerce template, can you explain or advise in simpleton speak for me, thank you in advance, Pam.

Me again….having just had a sip of tea and thinking a bit more clearly, it wasnt a plugin I used, it was an AddThis already there as part of the template.
Do you think I should still go over there to ask?
