I have exact same problem.

WP Touch in Chrome displayed the site in Mobile Theme.

Plus several messages from Google Webmaster that pages are not reachable.

I deleted w3tc and installed WP Super Cache.

I’m having sever performance issues with latest version.

I’m unable to deactivate.

I have the same error.

CW Image Optimizer requires littleutils. You are missing: opt-png, opt-gif.

I tried the installation instructions twice and ln commands and the links already exists.

What could be missing?

I’m using Genesis with Prose with Genesis Connect for BuddyPress.

I have WP Touch. There is conflict between these 2 plugins.

Deactivating WP Touch loads the page.

With WP Touch Active – Fatal Error.

It was nightmare to get all the settings back.

1. Make periodic backups of thesis settings
2. Downgraded the W3TC plugin to 0.9.2.3

I had to reconfigure all the settings, in the process I lost some of the customizations I had done.

Custom menu or page link will help me insert navigation, but I’m trying to see if I application can be written as custom page.

Under Page Cache Setting – Don’t Cache Pages for Logged in users is selected.

Frederick – I’m using 0.9.1.3 with WordPress 3.0.1

After 3 weeks I enabled Amazon CDN yesterday. I did the following

1) Empty Page Cache
2) Enable CDN
3) Copied Media, WP-Include, Theme, Minify and Custom Files (force write)
4) Empty All Cache Again

I’m not having any problems for last 24 hours or so. But, when logged in as administrator page is getting cached (using firefox). To see changes, I have to empty the cache every time (don’t cache page for logged in admins is selected under Page Cache settings).

Blog is hosted at Dreamhost and they suggested to place a blog restore request. I’m trying avoid that and find a way to kill the rouge process.
