I just updated the plugin and tried using the [email protected] email. Still no response message shows up.
Thank you! I’ll stand by.
I just installed the dev version that you sent, but I still don’t get any response message. Again, I tested with the [email protected] email. Any thoughts?
Cheers,
LauraThanks. Will do.
I do use the Divi theme. Can you tell me what exactly is the “dev version” and why I should install that?
Cheers,
LauraDid anyone resolve their issues with Nextgen not working on the home page after upgrading? I’m having the same issue. The gallery works just fine if it’s not on the home page.
Cheers

In reply to: NextGEN Gallery galleryview only showing large white boxI am having the big white space issue as well. However, my page is not showing any thumbnails either. Show image browser IS unchecked. How, if at all, did you resolve the issue?
Is there an issue with developing locally (not on the web)?
Thanks in advance for your help!
LauraI know this post was made 7 months ago, but I’m hoping someone can help me with the same problem.
I installed WP e-commerce, but it didn’t work with my theme. I deleted the folder from the plugins folder and then deleted the 4 pages that the plugin created on install. However, even after deleting them, they are still showing up when I preview my web page.
I then went into the database and deleted all of the tables associated with the plugin. However, I am still seeing the following pages in my navigation:
Produsct Page

LauraWell, I just found another post which answers my question so I thought I would post my own answer here!
Open up the NexGen Gallery dropdown menu and click on “options”. Once there, click on the “gallery” tab. About half way down the page there is a “Sort Order” section. Now, it says it applies to thumbnails, but it will changes the order that the images appear in slide shows also (which is what I was hoping to do).
Click “custom order” and save the changes. Then go to to the Manage Galleries section, click on the gallery you want to change and a new button appears over the images for “sort gallery”. This is where you can drag and drop the order of images.
Brilliant, they did think of everything!
I am also looking for a different way to sort images in a gallery. I am not using any titles for gallery images and need to be able to change the order of images periodically.
I know you can change the order of “galleries” contained in an “album” by dragging and dropping. This would be a great addition for an individual gallery, rather than having to re-upload images in the correct order.
Maybe there could be an “order” ID number that is changable much the way you can change the order in which your WordPress “pages” display in the navigation.
Overall – great plugin!
