Reading your response it seems that i might have not properly explained myself.

The features you make reference to is what i am interested in figuring out if it is possible and how to configure.

that is what i want to be able to do. store located is in 2 different shipping zones, i would like print request to be sent to printer in associated shipping zone

after going through all plugins i have identified that Woo instant notification is in conflict with Bluehost Website Builder.
