If you do that “Hide everywhere” it hides the whole banner, not the manage consent tab. For me worked only adding the css:

.cmplz-marketing .cmplz-manage-consent { display: none; }

El plugin no está actualizado, les digo que hagan la renovación y creo el ticket. Lo raro es que a nadie le ha sucedido lo mismo. Yo he probado desde el móvil y ordenador y me muestra la pantalla de redsys. Gracias!
