How would I just change the text color for the regular & sticky menu on the homepage using the custom CSS?

EDIT: Go me! I figured out how to change the text color of the regular menu, but I still can’t figure how to change the text color on the sticky menu…

	color:#000000;
}

Sorry if I wasn’t clear in my original post, but I do not have access to any databases. The account to log in with just goes to the dashboard of the website, and doesn’t have any administrative powers. I’m not sure how to move forward with that.
