As I describded the error I’m getting is:

Warning: Undefined array key 4 in …/wp-content/plugins/product-variant-table-for-woocommerce/inc/table-parts/content-tbody.php

except my error line is on 489

But some products are showing more of this error messages not just one. Some product showing like 10 of this messages.

I’ve activated the double optin option, but as you said “This notification is sent only when the subscriber is active”. I’ve check my mailing list and all of my subscribers aren’t activated. So if this notification will be sent if subscriber is active, can you please tell me how can I make new subscribers automatically activated? Thanks in advance!

Yes, but I have the same problem with other sites where I’m not using W3 Total Cache. Here you can see the same problem and I’m not using any caching plugin.
