Hi @toneee,
We’re sorry to hear about the difficulties encountered! I can assure you that there is no need to have an Otter Pro subscription in order for the form to work. The form can be edited from the editor and you can find the dedicated documentation for that here. Regarding the other issues, we always assist our users with any difficulties they may encounter, so we’d be glad to take a closer look and assist you in solving the problems if you’d like to create a new topic describing them. I checked the forum, but I couldn’t find any topic created by you where these issues were reported.
Thank you!

Hi @rtvenge,
Thanks for choosing Blocks Animation!
I tried to replicate this behaviour on my test instance, but no scrollbar appears for me while the animation occurs. Could you please provide us a screenshot with the settings made in the editor for the animation, so we can test the same configuration?
Thank you!
Thanks for choosing LightStart!
This is not a general issue with the plugin, so it occurs due to something from your environment. Please try to make a fresh install of the plugin and check if this helps solve the issue.
I hope this helps!
Hi @gekkointernet!
A bug report has already been created and forwarded to our product development team for review. Our product team will evaluate the impact of this issue compared to other open bugs and upcoming features and assign a priority level to the bug report. Our developers take care of the highest-priority issues first, so unfortunately, we cannot provide a specific timeline for resolution.
Thank you for understanding and for your patience!

In reply to: [Raft] Posible bug: Limited Caption Customisation in Raft ThemeHi @overbridge,
Thanks for choosing Raft, we’re glad you like it!
I tried to replicate the behaviour on my test instance, but the settings made for the caption in the editor are displayed correctly on the published page – screenshot. If you still encounter the issue, please clear the cache (browser and plugin, if you use any caching plugin) and check if it helps.
Have a nice day ahead!
Hi @sunrisecreative,
Thanks for choosing LightStart!
I was able to replicate the issue and I reported it to our developers to see what can be done about it. We’ll come back with a message once we have an update about the issue. Thanks for pointing this out!
Have a nice day!

In reply to: [Visualizer: Tables and Charts Manager for WordPress] Adding a search featureHi @gwledford,
Thanks for choosing Visualizer!
Unfortunately, there is no way to achieve this using the plugin options in the free version. However, it is possible to filter the data from a chart with the Pro version, as explained here.
Have a nice day!

Hi @cthistle,
Thanks for choosing Feedzy!
This is not related to Feedzy, but to the WordPress settings from Settings -> Reading. There, you can set the desired number of posts to appear on a page in the “Blog pages show at most” field.
Have a nice day!
After a bug report is registered internally, our product team will evaluate the impact of the issue compared to other open bugs and upcoming features, and assign a priority level to the bug report. Our developers take care of the highest-priority issues first, so we cannot provide a specific timeline for resolution at this time.
Thank you for understanding and for your patience!
Hi @powsey,
We’re sorry to hear about the issues encountered!
This is not the desired behaviour of the plugin if you have the administrator role for the site and unfortunately, I can’t replicate it on my test instance. Was the Exclude field from Lightstart -> General modified in any way? The terms that are added there by default make sure that the dashboard can always be accessed by the administrator, without him being redirected to the maintenance page. However, making changes to that field may result in the behaviour described. To disable the plugin, you could reach out to your hosting provider, as they should be able to help in that matter.
Have a nice day ahead!
