in code source file.Can I revise the theme name and information in style.css and hide real theme as not wanna others know this theme used in this site.

I only wanna show the first paragraph in homepage,but I cann’t remove balance second paragarph,third paragraph from page content.because it’s a whole. pls give me an idea. thanks.

I tried both full width page and default template…all showed full description in front page.thanks. Have no idea to show only part of full description.
