In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] Some QuestionsHi Jose,
Thank you for your questions! My answers below:
1 – Not at the moment, but its definitely on our roadmap
2 – Not at the moment, but will add this on our task list for one of the next releases
3 – Yes there is. On a recorded webinar it’s possible to use the live chat so attendees can interact with you or with each other, or its possible to only activate private questions during a recorded webinar. You can also activate both, or deactivate in realtime by yourself while the recorded webinar is running.
4 – I can’t tell because I don’t know how that plugin works. Did you purchased it? Then we can take a look.If you want to conduct paid webinars, then it’s your lucky day. A few hours ago we released a huge update which also integrates with WooCommerce. So you can sell webinar tickets, and each buyer receives a unique link related to the ticket. More information will be on our website soon.
You can also send us an e-mail if you have any further questions. If you are interested, you can help beta test a RTMP integration in the near future? Please let me know by sending an e-mail and we will discuss.
Regards,
LucyThanks for pointing this out @evan, I have left a comment on your review just now.

In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] Review UpdateHi Evan,
Thank you so much for pointing this out.
I’m aware of this method, and was convinced we had it covered already in our latest versions. (I also sended him te same link in my e-mail like you attached in your message, funny huh ;-)) Apparently not, and of course I had to double check that first before telling our customer to contact the “other” plugin author. My bad! My sincerely apologies that I have given you extra work.
We have included a fix for this issue in our latest Pro update already, and will fix it for our free version also of course.
I totally understand that you want to warn users for plugin conflicts, but I would have appreciated it if you had just send us an e-mail, so we could be onto it faster, instead of giving it the lowest rating. I hope you can adjust this when you have the time.If you want to discuss this further, then please shoot us an e-mail. We are open to any other feedback you may have.
Thanks again Evan!

In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] DemoHi Izbuh,
Thank you for your interest in our Pro version. At this moment there isn’t a demo available yet. The free version which you can find here in the WordPress directory comes close to see the interface etc. You can take a look at our documentation which contains screenshots with examples of the Pro version. After our next big update (which will bring some new styling to it) we will create video guides.
You can always try the Pro version out for 14 days. If it doesn’t fit your needs (what I don’t expect) you can ask for a refund.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Lucy Eind

In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] "Thank You" page won't show upThank you so much Corneliu, I had a great bday!
Can you send us your system report in a support ticket so we can take a closer look?
Because you are the owner of a Pro version license, you will receive premium and faster support if you have any questions. But to receive that, it’s best to send us an e-mail.
You can do that over here: https://www.wpwebinarsystem.com/support/Please mention in your ticket if you use the Free or Pro version in this particular situation, and if you (the registrant) are registering for a Live or Automated webinar.
Thanks!!

In a couple of minutes there will be an update (1.2.1). Install the update and everything should work fine.If your site is still down at the moment, delete the “wp-webinarsystem” folder via FTP, and re-install the plugin. That should work also. Don’t worry, you wont lose any webinar settings.
Let me know if that helped, if not I can further assist you!

In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] Fatal errorIndeed, something went wrong when a team member had released the version. Some files were missing. I have fixed this, so it should work fine now. Please try again if you want.
Please email us via support[at]wpwebinarsystem.com and I will make sure our support department will put a smile on your face to make up for any inconvenience this have costs for you. Just mention this support thread.
Tip: in the future, when a plugin breaks your site, you don’t have to roll back to some earlier backup file. Simply deactivate the plugin with FTP, and your site will be up and running again. Will save you the $125/hr ??
Thank you for your prompt response in this matter. If you have tried the plugin and you think its useful, then please consider to adjust your review rating. Would mean a lot to us!
