Yesterday without altering any thing on my page, I realised d that the plugin is not working properly. The link appears but when you play the sound it takes you to your default player (media player, quick time etc) instead of playing the sound from the actual site. I have tried this from a few computers and different browsers. So I am not sure what is happening.

I have disabled all plugins and guess what it work ?? Thanks a lot for your help know I have to clean up my errors.

After updating word press and mtouch quiz – I have realised that the plug-in has stopped working. When you click on start, you get “there are X question to complete” but the questions are not displayed. Since I discover your plugin, I am including exercises on my website and it is a great aid. Would you mind to have a look and advise please?

I found it you. You have to go to your hosting dash board – then you should have an option called content, within that option you should have an option called file manager, there you will see all your files, go to wp-content folder then plugins and the tidy up, you will see all the files there tidy.linux , tidy.osx etc (depending of you hosting operating system) then you should have de uption to select that file an choose executable. Once you have done that, click update and you should have the permission to use tidy plug.

I f your host is godaddy let me know and i will tell you the exact steps

Yes you are right. I have tried JetPack and the stats are good it even track previous stats. So that’s fine

So you have removed WP Stats pluging and gone with JetPack?

I wish wp stats come back I dont want to lose all my previous stats.

Is sitll not working – I get the same message

No for me it says

Module could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. Perhaps there is a conflict with another plugin you have installed?

But if it is a known Issue we will have to wait

I did that yesterday and it works for a bit, but today it does not work at all. I have tried to deactivate and reactivate the plug-in but it did not work. I don’t want to delete it and reinstall it because I will lose all my date.
Has anyone found any solutions to this?

The plugin is call tidy up and when I run it is says
sh: /home/content/l/u/i/luisiher69/html/wp-content/plugins/tidy-up/tidy.linux: Permission denied
I have read that you need to give permission to this plugin but I haven’t got a clue.

Ok , I have deactivated the plug in – it is still the same (Google gives me my old front page https://www.spanish-aid.co.uk/index.htm) do I have to wait for the search engines to crawl the page again?

I have check again just now and it is fine I( slower than usual) am not sure what happened. I have emailed my hosting provider anyway. They may be able to tell me the reason. Thank you for your help Esmi

I haven’t but I can access my files through my FTP program so I don’t think that is the reason. But I will contact them. Thanks
