Any update on this? When selecting slider type it wont load headings/description or buttons on the first slide. It DOES load it when that slide comes back around on infinite loop. Ive changed the animation settings but it still wont load on the first slide

Had a feeling this might be what came back.

As it only happens every few days i guess ill just stick with deleting them when they come through until I can find another plugin that won’t install co-authored plugins by itself. Honestly, I don’t have time to help figure this out.

I have had this issue for a long time! I either get labels or product image, never both

Nevertmind – ive deleted and used a different plugin due to lack of support

Its easy to assume theres teams of people developing these plugins so appreciate your help especially as my initial post was probably less than helpful! Also great to hear youre in active development, I genuinely think its the best tool for the job, even if im slow to upgrade to the latest features.

Thanks for the detailed response! Much appreciated Your explanation has cleared things up for me and ill action the information. The ticker is currently displaying at the bottom as place holder while i worked on other areas, It will go below the header.

When using the blocks editor you can often set an element to a particular width; none, wide, full (and sometimes boxed) I use your legacy plugin on another site i run and it allows me to use that function on there but that may be because of another plugin on that site. As mentioned above your solution will help me do the job i need, thanks again!

Thanks – im guessing this wont be responsive if its given a definite value – Is there any workaround to set it as “wide width” or “full width” so that it becomes resposive on different devices. Ive tried putting it in a container but that doesnt seem to work. The legacy ticker had this functionality.
