Obviously i tried that before coming to the forums – the plugin with the issue is variation swatches. Everything works with that disabled – and the site works when its been enabled. But it cant be enabled whilst adding new products or the “submit” button is greyed out. I have to deactivate, add products and then reactivate

Id much rather not have to sign up with yet another account elsewhere, could you not just post the response here? This is the support thread for your plugin no?

tried your fix – didnt work. That stock answer you have copy and pasted whenever anyone asks why the filter wont work is confusing at best. I would argue that 98% of sites use a cache plugin. Yet your plugin doesnt work if you have one? …can you see how craxy that is? Tried disabling, still didnt work, tried adding the code to functions.php, didnt work. I have given so much time and effort to this plugin that its become laughable now. Id have been FAR quicker editing every product manually, which is what ill be doing from now on

I have the same issue and i cannot understand your previous advice. The point of the plugin is to quickly access products, surely editing the files isnt the way forward. Isnt this a key feature of the plugin?? Filtering products just involves a ten minute wait and then a full list of every product regardless of the search term.

Indeed i have, after a good few hours it turns out i needed to unselect the terms and conds page in woocommerce settings. Quite how thats worked i dont know but it did.
