In other words:

Can the terms and conditions box be changed to my wording needed

Can you track who has agreed to the terms and condition in the reports

Allow users to download the document before agreeing

If possible, can the box change once they have agreed to say ‘read’

So the tick box would be similar to a terms and conditions agreement box however, I would need this to be trackable on the report and maybe disappear after they have agreed to it.

Maybe replacing it with text saying ‘read’

I have been asked to create a download page where employees can download a document/policy so they can view it. The employee will then need to tick on a box stating that they have read and understood the document

This will need to be monitorable as well so we can see what employees have read that specific document
