i figured it out guys. i wasn’t using kubrick, but another template. the template turned out not to be the problem, but rather a plugin i was using. for the record, my site is https://www.surveyshare.net – i figure it’s worth it to learn from what i figured out. anyway, the plugin is called paged-comments and i think it’s great. the one thing you have to watch out for is the fact that the plugin also comes with it’s own templates. by default it selects a template called default, so edit the files in the default folder when all else fails and you’ll be fine!
