In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce plugin fatal errorHi @eupure,
Per the stack trace in the error log you shared, the issue seems to be connected to one of the Must Use plugins you have on the site.
It’s the GD Systems Plugin. It looks like it’s something built by GoDaddy, where I assume you’re hosting the site.
You’ll want to discuss this with the folks over at GoDaddy.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Cart page is wrongHi @ops159,
It sounds like you’re saying that the issue goes away when you deactivate the “Super Page Cache for Cloudflare” plugin.
If that’s the case, that’s good news, as you’ve found the plugin that was causing issues for you.
If this is a plugin that you really need to use, you’ll want to contact the developer of that plugin for support.
Otherwise, you may want to consider removing the plugin from your site.
I’ll go ahead and mark this issue as resolved now.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Send Notification to Shipping Email AddressThis would require you to write custom code or engage a developer to do so for you, as this isn’t a use case that WooCommerce addresses.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] See Actual Shipping/Delivery ChargeHi @fathi1999,
@seank123 is correct that you can use the built-in Flat Rate shipping option to ensure that your customers are charged the flat fee that you want.
But in the Admin area, analytics, or dashboard, I want to see or manually set the actual order shipping cost. How can I do this?
This is confusing as it seems to suggest that you will incur shipping charges different from what you are passing on to the customer.
If this is correct and you want to track that, you will need to hire a developer and have them build a plugin that helps you meet your needs here.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Cannot upload application from Onedrive to Woocommerce Product*.exe files have been blocked from being uploaded to WordPress by default for a long time.
Perhaps you already had the exemption in place on whatever site you were able to upload to previously.
I’ll mark this thread as resolved now. If you have any further questions, I recommend creating a new thread.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order does not have line refund informationHi @jcostasd,
When retrieving an order via The REST API, it is not intended to return line items for individual refunds. This was a single refund it just happened to involve multiple products.
If you want a detailed breakdown of a refund that shows you all of the metadata for that refund, then you should query the refund. You can learn more about the Order Refund properties here – https://woocommerce.github.io/woocommerce-rest-api-docs/#order-refund-properties

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Allow add terms for attributesBy default, you need to be an admin-level user to be able to do what you’re looking for.
So, you either grant the required privileges to the relevant users or you can consider the option that @daniyalahmedk provided.
P.S: Condescending responses like the one above do not put you in a good light or increase the likelihood that you will receive assistance.
Hi @lachaussette,
Thanks for sending over that screenshot. It seems like you have another plugin or some custom code that is automatically completing orders.
Please provide your site’s System Status Report? You can find it by going to “WooCommerce → Status” in your site’s WP-Admin.
Click on “Get system report” and then click on “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it in at
.txt
file and upload that to Dropbox, Google Drive, or some other such service and then paste the link to that file here.If you’re hosting the file on Google Drive, please make sure that you’ve set the permission so that anyone with the link can access it.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Strange code has been found by hosting malwareHi @malenkiymyk,
You’ve most likely got an issue with your site being compromised.
If you’ve sourced yot theme or any of your plugins from a site that isn’t trusted, that may be the source of the compromise.
You’ll want to work with either your hosting company or your developers to identify the source of the issue.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Hide variationHi @marlvass,
It isn’t possible to hide the Belt Colour attribute and have it automatically selected.
You can remove it from the product the same way you added it.
As far as the “Colour” attribute, that is most likely a Global Attribute. You can learn more about product attributes and the differences between Global and Custom attributes here – https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/#product-attributes.
