I meant to say that I reinstalled in a different location and tested it. Since it worked, I reinstalled in the original location and whatever I had done incorrectly the first time resolved itself. Sorry for taking up forum time.

Nevermind. I reinstalled again and the problem went away.

Oh yes…I’ve also (probably stupidly) messed around with the permissions on the folders and files thinking it was related to the original “we do not have access to write to your .htaccess file” when I was doing the initial setup. Now I’m not sure whether I’ve opened up too much of my files.

And I’ve loosened up my firewall, allowed cookies, and emptied the cache as per some of the instructions.

Have you tried adding a redirect or indexing through the control panel of your host?
