Oh, thank you, this is looking gooood! The backup did work now. I still get a warning message, but I’m not sure if that’s related.

Hurray! That did the trick! I have enabled product reviews (plus ticked the verified label box), now the verified badge shows up. Just so you know: The reviews were already showing beforehand with the option still disabled (showing yellow instead of chosen black stars).

Oh, sorry, not only users, but also “posts”, as the products are called here, have been correctly assigned during submission of the review. So that can’t be the problem. Customers are determined via email address, right? (Whether they are logged in or not, which I was.) It can’t have to do with the price being Zero in the virtual (test) product here, I have tested with a physical product here, too.

I tried some display options at /customer-reviews, but haven’t unfortunately managed to show the “verified customer” badge yet.

We are selling unique pieces (that are usually sold out after 1 purchase), so we don’t really need the review feature on product basis, that’s why I loved the idea of site wide reviews. I checked out the add-on nevertheless, since it seems to be useful in our case for the verified badge. Thank you!!!

However, the ?verified badge“ is not showing up, although the review has correctly been assigned to the user.

Test on test product here (first review, Munja, is verified). Double checked short codes. Maybe you got a hint?

On some sites, I did a downgrade, but I’d like to switch back to 3.7.

it used to work before, so that’s sorta really strange, from one day to another. I haven’t done anything in the meantime, not to the website, nor to the server.

I have s3:ListAllMyBuckets and s3:GetBucketLocation (via IAM), but s3:ListBucket permissions is new to me. But after adding it, I still get the same outcome, no success so far.

Yes, that’s indeed a bit inconvenient! However, 3.6.9 still seems to work, so the downgrade did the trick. Thank you!
I will then eagerly await 3.6.11.
