Hi, thanks for your quick respons. I tried both added and published, tried today again.. no luck. Tried BNFW just now and it worked out of the box. Not sure what the problem is but I’ll stick with BNFW for now.

To start with, thanks for great support!

I’ve re-installed the plugin just to ensure I have the latest version. But I’m still getting the same problem in Excel. I’m using Office 16. It’s not a biggie, since I can use Google Drive. But just to let you know..

It works if I open it in Google Drive. So I guess it has smth to do with my Excel.

Last update seems to have fixed the problem. Thanks!

Now, however, another problem arose. There is no option to change the text of the back button in the last step. I can change for the other steps but the last step still says “Back”.

Same thing when you send the message. Success message appears, you’re sent back to first step, button still says “Send message”
